Conceptual Design and Art Direction
I THINK.
From the initial meeting to the agreed creative and strategic brief, the ability to quickly focus in on the big picture and main objectives are key to a successful and efficiently handled project. Experience is what makes the crucial difference. I have that experience and it can be counted in decades.
I CREATE.
I never start a job by staring at a blank page. I research. I prepare. I write. I scribble. I doodle. And if needs be, I call up my trusted collaborators and meet in a coffee shop to brainstorm and strategise. Because I’m not a mere decorator, every project I do usually has an idea behind it. Unless of course, decoration is all that’s wanted.
I DELIVER.
When all the groundwork has been done. All the plans carefully are in place, creative approved and ready to go. The baby has to be delivered. Great design, ideas or campaigns can still falter even at the last stage, if not brought safely to life by a safe pair of hands. This again, is where experience makes a real difference.

Imagery
Behind every image is a strong idea, a photographer, a retoucher, an illustrator, or CGI artist who know what they are doing. I offer many of these skills myself. But when a project has the budget and requires the very highest level of specialist talent, I don't hesitate in bringing them in.
Design
Design
The world is full of decorators but I like to design the way it was meant to be. Grounded in an idea. This approach requires more thought and time but the results are usually on a level far above the norm. I design for all media – printed or online.

When your approach is always based on a strong core idea, this applies to the way you tackle even the trickiest of advertising briefs. A great concept coupled with sharp design and creative, will always result in a great campaign.

Writing. What everybody thinks they can do well. But when you see campaigns that have been expertly conceived and crafted by a true copywriting expert – it can change what everybody thinks.

When a project is being created for a whole range of media, you need someone at the very centre of the creative process to orchestrate all the various elements into a seamless rollout.
